Unfair damage charge

Everything went wrong — from waiting over 90 minutes to receive a vehicle, to being handed a car still being washed, to now being charged for damage I didn’t cause.

Despite confirming with the Hatfield branch that I could return the vehicle there, it was closed when I arrived. I was then told to drive to OR Tambo — adding further cost and inconvenience — only to be told there’s “damage” and I would be held liable, despite returning the car in the condition I received it.
