Unfair Cancellation Fees!!

I will never use this car rental company again! Been charged a R 300 cancellation fee for a vehicle cancelled a week in advance! When I called the call centre, I was told that no matter what I do, this cannot be reversed! Completely unfair and *****s from customers! I recommend that you don't used this car rental company, plenty of better ones out there, not desperate like these people!
