Unable to provide me with accident report

<p> </p> <p>We rented a vehicle in December in Cape Town, and had a slight dent in the bumper. I had accident insurance from airportrentals.com as well as from Hertz. Hertz only repayed half of my deposit because of the accident report. I've tried to make contact with Hertz and no response. I've requested the accident report from Hertz as it is required for the insurance. I've not received any response from Herz or any accident report. </p> <p> </p> <p>It's been more than 2 months now!</p>
