*****ulent damages claim from Hertz Rental car company

Beware of renting a car with Hertz at Kruger Airport. We rented a car between 1 and 7 May, in order to visit the Kruger National Park. On returning thereof at the Airport we were accused of causing damages to it and having resprayed the car, which allegation was completely false. These damages were only "discovered" afterwards, after we dropped the car off. Now we have to either submit a *****ulant insurance claim with Hertz's insurance company, or try and prove that we did not damage it, and at the same time, Hertz is holding R15 000 on my husband's credit card. wonder how many other customers who fly in to Kruger and rent a car at the airport have also had the same experience.
