*****ulent and bad customer service from hertz

This company is thriving in *****. We took their 30day special and returned the car 2 days earlier. Now they are refusing to refund us the deposit saying we returned the car earlier. So ********* coz the person who took the car back did not even say anything. And their customer service is utterly disgusting. One of the agents said she can help but we will have to share the deposit with her . I’m urging people to not use this company
