I rented a vehicle on a monthly basis. I got into an accident and was nicely assisted by a uy called justice 5/5 for him but. Instead of the rental being returned on the 25th they told me the car is due on the 16th because of the accident on the other vehicle and they contradicted themselves on their explanations and this other manager at cape town airtport told me I must pay debt I owe if I want the car. I fogot his name so rude. I WILL NEVER EVER USE HERTZ. I wish people like Justine get better jobs
