Threats from Hertx

<p>I am renting a volksw Polo from Hertz Lanseria for the past year month to month. For February i paid for the whole month upfront. Last week they phoned me the car i am renting is sold i must drive from nothcliff on my own cost to swop the car,we complaint to Tuffy the manager thar this car is not the same luxury as the one we paid for, he was of no help, with a snotty attitude he said we can lay a complaint with headoffice. The window of the car we gave back had a crack , i filled in a insurance claim form and he poned me today wanting to debit my bank acc with R4500. Is there no insurance???..Recieved no invioce to proof the amount they want to debit??? 5 min later i got a message they will activate tracker to take the rental back..i paid on full for the month , the got a hold dep of R3200 , surely they can take my dep and debit the outstanding when we close the contract..</p>
