This hertz branch needs to be investigated!!

We rented a car from hertz Bergen minde. Absolutely terrible! I was worried about this since seeing all the posts about being charged for scratches that were already there. So we took as many pictures as possible when we arrived. However the car is black,not clean and filled with scratches already. We took photos when we dropped the car off as well and besides it being dirty from the rain was in exactly the same condition we did not scratch anything! Only now to be sent the same email saying we have a new scratch tiny few cms. I have sent a picture to prove this was already there and am now waiting for them to get back to me. Absolutely rediculous to deal with something like this. If they are so worried about a few cm scratch why didn't they document all of the scratches beforehand and walk us through these when collected the vehicle. We have used hertz in other countries before an never had any issues. We even asked the man at reception if they walk us through the car and any issues and he said no
