Think twice before using Hertz Rental Cars

I have used a rent a car from Hertz 2 ********** and had no problems with them. Now in 2019 I get threatened by their legal department for an outstanding amount of +/- R2400

it is their first communication via email to me although as you know they have your drivers' licence details, address, cell/contact numbers and e-mail address.

It is unacceptable to me that with their first communication I get threatened by legal action whilst the incompetence is right under their noses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The impact is further is that the tax period and taxes has already be submitted and my business just gonna loose the money because of incompetence.
