They seem to be out of business, or just don't have staff that want to answer their phones

You can't get hold of them. I have tried for a week now to get through to them on their national call centre number, their head office in Cape Town and the Port Elizabeth airport where I am renting the car from. All lines are not answered. I have even tried finding my booking of their website, which says it doesn't exist. Are they still in business???? Is this going to be a bogus booking ????? No-where can I find the excess values for my booking and when I emailed them, I was told to look on the website under "Manage my booking" - WHICH DOESN'T WORK
