My recent experience with Hertz has been profoundly disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to retrieve my deposit through phone calls, emails, etc., their incompetence has persisted. Staff members often seem unaware of basic procedures, exacerbating the frustration. Caution is advised to others considering their services. Instead, go to one of their competitors
