THEY DON'T REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT!

I hired a car from Hertz Cape Town International Airport. Upon hiring the car, the deposit was taken without a problem but when it comes to refunding the deposit they're dragging out the refund process - It's been over a week and a half. I tried calling the customer service center regarding this query and the lady on the phone got aggressive with me when I brought up the issue and cut the call on me. I won't recommend hiring a car with Hertz.
