They don't follow their own terms and conditions

<p>We are sitting at king Shaka airport with our friends who are renting a car from you and the price on the quote is not what they expected to pay. The guy behind the counter Nathaniel has been less than helpful. He tried to tell us that they can make amendments to prices. But in the terms and conditions it states you would receive a email stating an amendment has been made and for you to reconfirm the amount. The service and explanations they were given poor to say the least. Never mind the great first impression made on their first visit to South Africa.</p>
