THEY COST US ALOT IN BANK FEES DUE TO INCOMPETENCE AND INEFFICIENCY

So we hired a car and paid everything up front. We arrived from Spain and collected the car. They debited our account with 2 deposits instead of one, the lady apologised and promised to reverse one debit this never didn't happen. When we returned the car 2 weeks later it had a bit of damage which we had insurance for no problem. When we got back to Spain they eventually refunded some money. They then debited us again for the damage. So my point is this - for every transaction they did we were charged bank fees as SA is not part of the EU. 2 x deposits, 1 x refund, 1 x car damage. It cost us a lot and was totally unnecessary. They didn't care about this and in the end we ended up paying around 120E in bank fees. Our car rental was only around 200E. They were not at all considerate towards us and instead of debiting once off they played around with our account debiting and refunding as if it were their own and costing us a lot of money. We are very unhappy with them and will not use them again. I give them a 1 star.
