Theft by Hertz

Never ever hire from Hertz. They stole money from my credit card without even sending me any notification. They accused me of damaging the vehicle when the damage was very clearly marked on the pre-inspection sheet. After a massive argument they eventually agreed that i did not damage the vehicle. Then they accused me of damaging the spare-wheel which i did not even touch! After a further argument they agreed to refund the amount, but then 2 days later took a further R4,025.00 out of my credit card! These people are ******* and will rob you. STAY AWAY Brian
