The worst aftersales service and customer care money can buy.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. I have been chasing these guys for over a month for a refund that is owed to me. And when you call customer care, you get directed to a line that just rings, forever and nobody answers you. They are even worse via email, the consultant who is handling my query Mr Riyaaz Daniels is the most unresponsive person on the planet. He is still to respond to a mail from more than a week ago!

And this is a service I paid for!
