The poorest service and under trained service advisors

If you are hoping to rent a car from Hertz, please think again, i recently received a car from them @Sun City branch North West , I've been calling in to make adjustments to my account but this guy keeps telling me his manager is not in, on top of that his attitude over the phone sounds like someone who is on vacation and feels annoyed, what happened to professional courtesy when dealing with clients? i asked him why he didn't even bother to do a follow up on my humble request, the level of disregard is very humbling. yet we still have unemployed young people who are eager to hold the same position he is sleeping on. Why are you answering calls if you can't carry out a simple task, were you even trained, if yes then why do you need your manager to answer FAQs from clients?
