TERRIBLE SERVICE (REFUND)not well at all

<p>On the 28th november i hired a car at herts and return it on the 05th December herts deducted the deposit of R5750.00 and told me that they will pay my deposit as soon as i return the car, instead they deducted R3155 again out of my account, and no refund which means they took R 8905.00 and i have phoned the branch they said they will pay soon till now.</p> <p> </p> <p>Again on the 8th December i hired another car and return it on 09th december as per our agreement they deducted R7982.00 as the deposit again they deducted R4270.34 which means they took R12252.32 i phoned them they said they will return the deposit all of it so on 25th december 2016 its a christmas day i need my money urgently so i need my R7982.00+R 5750 =R13732.00 please peter help me.</p>
