Terrible Service. I had to completely change my plans.

Terrible service. I guess it is all in the reviews. I did not check the reviews before booking a car with Hertz. Very terrible service and the company and stuff do not know what they are doing. Not booking a car from this company ever. They completely changed my plans. I have not even received the car and my expectations could not be any low.
