Terrible service from start to finish.

The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful whenever assistance was needed. Communication was extremely poor - it was almost impossible to get hold of anyone, and when I finally did, my concerns were not addressed in a professional or satisfactory manner.

What should have been an exciting and enjoyable travel experience turned into a frustrating and stressful ordeal due to the lack of customer care and support.

I expect far better service from a company entrusted with people's travel arrangements. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise others to consider alternative options.
