Terrible Service and Conditions !!

We bookerd a car at Hertz on Travelstart. We paid for the car for two days and when we arrived to pick up the car they asked for a deposit of R33000 for the car. Apparently this was in the terms and conditions and when we asked for a refund because we ARE not paying that amount for a deposit we didnt see because the terms is always hidden they refuse to refund us !!! RIDICULOUS AND TERRIBLE SERVICE
