Stinking service, you can't be trusted

I rented a car together with my friend Wilfred Tshabalala at OR TAMBO airport on the 30th Oct '21 and i returned the car on the 7th November. The registration was KG01RZGP and i paid a deposit of R5000 but the car was damaged on the bumber when we returned it and it was reported. So, up to today nobody has given me an update on my deposit, as to whether how much of it will be returned or not, instead they deducted a further R4200 on the account, no explanation given. Up to today i am been told different stories by the lady in the claims dept, Elizabeth Koen. She keeps promising to send me a breakdown of how the funds were used but nothing till this far. I wonder how long should I wait for my money they deducted plus part of my deposit.
