Still waiting on dep.

Why can they hold the money on your account very quickly.... But for the life of me not get it reverse... If you did put the hold on the amount of money needed as a dep. why must I now take time out my busy day and need to call my bank... That told me that I need to speak to Hertz as they needed to remove some order number before they can do so otherwise Hertz can still bank the amount into there account... You pressed the buttons to make it happen.. So you can press the button to undo it... Well that is how I see it.. Apparently it doesn't work like that... So numerous emails received from hertz and the banks after I send an email to assist again, the lady from Hertz emailed the bank to sort my problem.. And I am still waiting. Why want this query sorted with my 1st query I had... Or do they then just leave it... Oh yes... If I hear once more "That the money not out our account" I would die... If I cant use it, itis not in my account.... Where is the money gone...? Also It will take 21 working days to get your deposit back... Why so long... Then still need to go to the end of the earth to get it back... I can not get over the incompetence of the company.... I will never deal with them ever again... So will see when I get this money back...
