Stay away from Hertz

I could give no star if I could!!! Stay away from Hertz. They are a bunch of ****mers. My R7000 deposit was not returned in full. Till today no explanation why my refund was R2000 short. They kept debiting me R300 and odd rands twice after I took the car back. The amount is apparently for etolls which on the statement shows that I only use etoll 4 times. I really don’t understand how the charge got to that amount. Two weeks after taking the car back, I receive an email that I have to pay an extra R600 and odd rands for something that is not even explanatory me when I ask. While waiting for explanation, they send an email with a letter stating that they will take legal action should I not pay. I have to pay an extra R200 for that stupid letter they sent. How does an emailed letter cost R200… Hertz are a bunch of ****mers… Stay away. On top of that no one answers when you call to query anything.
