Shocking service from Hertz

Worst customer service ever. I would give a 0 for service if I could. I booked a vehicle 2 months ago. When I arrived at the Port Elizabeth Airport branch, I was told that my vehicle was given to another customer because they did not have a vehicle for him. I was forced to take an inferior vehicle that was not suitable for me. I have left my contact details for the branch manager to contact me but they are hiding from me. Pathetic service at every level. Don’t waste your time with Hertz and rather use Avis!!
