Rough start but good ending

I hired a car from Durban to Joburg (one way). I received the vehicle is pretty bad condition-dents and scratches. Staff member at King Shaka was very friendly. I drove straight to Joburg and returned the car the following day. The post check revealed a scratch altho I never scratched it. With listening to reason, Hetz did not charge me with the damage. So thank you, I am grateful that I was heard and I was believed.
