<div>Good day on the 25/05/2021 I rented a car in hertz polokwane the very same day I took a pic of the car, the guy who was assisting me he told that I must pay a deposit of R1650 yes i paid it we guarantee that I'll get my full cash back,I was ok with it the we went out to check the car he told me that the car must come back with no scratches and he checked the body there was no scratches, what he didn't check it was front windscreen and back windscreen

The front windscreen was already damaged when I look the pic that I took the very same day I took the car is the same damage that I saw yesterday I also took the pic, i told the guy who was assisting me that this is an old damage on the chip he then told me I must pay the amount of R3650 how because that was not damaged by me he then took my deposit that I paid of R1650 and told me that I'll pay the remain balance of R2002, then I left

When I get to my work place I check the pic that I took on the 25/05/2021 it has the same mark that he showed me yesterday when I returned the car,I called him that the damaged you showed me is the same damage is on the first pic that I took on the 25/05/2021 he laughed at me,he said to me that he's not sure when did I took the pic I told him the pic it has a date, time and a place where and when I took the pic he continued laughing at me, then I said to him I'll wait for your head office call me I have a proof profile that damage was there when I took the car I checked the pic that I took on the 25/05/2021 I'll come and show you. He said he's not sure that the pic I took the very same day I took the car, according to him I'm laying he think I edited the pic I have the 25/05/2021 pic and also yesterday pic 09/06/2021 that they both shows time, date and place. I feel they guy he was paid of when the car was returned to hertz now his trying to fix someone mistake with others I'm sure that damage is an old damage I have proof. Now I didn't get my guaranteed deposit back.</div>
