<p>We rented a VW combi at Hertz car rental (Hatfield, Pretoria) from 24th to 28th April 2017. When we returned the vehcile they noticed a small 1mm chip on the windscreen that can be repaired by simply repairing it. We had a windscreen waiver on our agreement and now they charge us an additional R5,395.96 for the damage. It will cost estimated about R150.00 to repair the small chip and now they charged us for a new windscreen replacement after we agreed and received a windscreen waiver.</p>
