REFUSING TO PAY BACK THE DEPOSIT

This Useless Rental Company has incorrectly charged me an extra day because they decided to collect their vehicle from BMW dealership two days after I dropped it off. This is despite having being informed by BMW on call who are the ones that rented the car for me. Despite having acknowledging their wrongs, it seems that they are still unwilling to refund my money. Every time I contact them someone needs to refer to someone (lame excuse), One never gets a solid response (thus when will they refund my money). Worse even after them owing me, they still debited my account for eTols (why they did not take it from the money they owe me! I still don't know, perhaps its an indication that they are planning not refunding me). I guess everything boils down to incompetence and unwillingness of the staff to do its job. I REALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHATS DIFFICULT WITH MAKING A REFUND. IF ITS EASY TO DEBIT ONE' S ACCOUNT< IT SHOULD BE EASY TO CREDIT IT.<br> <br> If this is the way they make money from other clients and think I will leave the matter laying down,then they have something coming.
