Refused a vehicle and charged for it
I had a booking made and paid for it which was taken off my credit card yet I did not receive a car and the guy at the branch told me he cant rent to me without a reason. I then spoke to customer relations and emailed but to no avail , I still await to be refunded for this the booking reference was G***8A3
