Refund request/overcharging

We rented a car on the 27/10/2022 at the Cape International airport and returned it on the 31st/10/2022 The quote we were given was R3336 all inclusive. However the amount that was deducted was over R3730 please process a refund for the balance as we were not informed about any extra charges. URGENTLY contact me on ***. Kind regards Lwando
