Refund not received

Disgusting and unprofessional company you can ever rent a car from. I reserved a car online on the 15 December 2022 I paid R6450 for 3 days. Deposit price is not mentioned in the website. I cancelled the booking. Their staff could not assist me with the cancellation saying they don't know how it's done. After a very long conversation they sent an email to the relevant department.Now I can't get hold of them regarding my refund, call center lines are unavailable, they are not responding to my emails customer support online is not helpful
