Refund not received

I went on a trip to Cape Town in September. On return i handed car back before due date. I was suppose to get refund. To date nothing received. Proved to them nothing into my bank account. To me it is a lot of money. They told me 7 to 21 days. I am waiting 4 months now. Still nothing.
