refund !!!! conflicting stories. who do i trust

I returned Hertz rental last week Thursday. It's Thursday this week still no refund of my deposit. I was told that upon return of the rental it would take 3 days to refund. It's already 7 days. For everyday that the vehicle is not returned I'm billed. So everyday that my refund is not in my account I'm billing R20 it's four days gone by. Hertz you have your car back an eft doesnt take days to clear. Refund
