Refund and customer service

Absolutely pathetic service. I returned the vehicle on the 17/11/2022 and to date I have not received my refund. When I returned the vehicle I was informed to expect the refund 7- 14 days, when I called the call centre I was then informed up to 21 days. I have sent an email and a complaint to Hertz with no positive feedback. I held on the line for 15 minutes on the call centre after the call was cut. First and last time I will use hertz.
