Received a car in a smaller class

Hi booked a Toyota Rav4 or similar which I paid more than R4600 for and they told me they do not have a Rav4 available and gave me a Toyota Rush, which IS NOT in the same class. It's like booking a BMW M3 and getting a BMW 118i. Not happy about it at all. Why BOOK a vehicle in advance just to be told there is non available and not even get a discount. I am only at fault for not checking the Google reviews of Hertz before I booked the car so I would have seen the poor ratings Hertz has.

And when I called to make arrangements to have the vehicle swopped out, the guy told me the Rush is the new Rav4. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard.

I'll be sure to spread the news of there **** service.
