Poor service from Hertz King Shaka

I had extremely bad service at Hertz King Shaka. Rude and unprofessional. Not at all interested to resolve my problem. I offered to "start from scratch" and then they told me there was no car available! How can there be none available if i had a car booked.?? They left me stranded! I will not tolerate such bad and poor service. I then walked into the Woodford kiosk and what a wonderful experience! Professional, friendly and efficient and sorted me out in 5 min. I did my next rental with them and it was the same. Very good communications before the time, friendly service and even follow-up afterward. I will recommend Woordford without hesitation.
