Poor service

I am very disappointed with how Hertz car hire does business. I made a booking online, payment done. And when I called about the booking I was told about my credit score that is too low for me to hire a car from. I don't dispute that but why take a payment before checking the credit score????? Now I have been waiting on the line to cancel the booking and no one is willing to help am told to hold and sent back to the initial options which is just a dead-end. I need the money reversed back into my account now so I can see what other plan I can make!!!
