Poor customer service at Hertz- Turn around time for deposit refund more than 30 days

I made an online booking with the company for rental 21/05 -23/05.Firstly, I was made to wait for 30 minutes for pickup while there was staff sitting in the office however once other customers started to arrive then miraculously the staff came out to assist . Secondly , more than 30 days have lapsed and I have NOT yet received my refund even after sending several emails to the company
