Poor after sales service

<div>I've been struggling for weeks to get the deposit money that was withheld by the bank be returned to my account. I called my bank and they said the problem is with Hertz as they needed to tell their merchant to inform my bank to release those funds. Every time I call, I'm being told that they will send an email to the merchant and copy me and to date, nothing has been done. Today I spoke to **** and he promised that I will get proof of the email after speaking to them and this was in the morning. Now it's noon and still nothing. It's like these people have been told to say the same thing and do another. It sounds easy to hire a car but try getting your money back, that is a mission.</div>
