Pay back the money

I rented a vehicle in Cape Town on returned the vehicle on the 1st of March 2020. They told me that i will get my holding fee back in 21 business days, however that is not the case. 4 months later I'm still waiting and when i call the call center hangs up my calls. At some stage i spoke to Amber Wildeman but I'm still waiting. All i want is my money back.
