PAY BACK MY MONEY!!!
Had a rental car from HERTZ and returned it on 5/10/2015. I called them yesterday to find out about my refundable deposit over r3100 as I haven't received it yet in my bank account. Spoke to NICA Jonas who arrogantly told me I must wait 21days. Today HERTZ RATHER DEDUCTED MORE MONIES FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT THAN CREDIT IT!!! I am not going to wait 21days !!! this is not the stone age, is either I get my money or you will pay my money with the current interest rate!! sort your systems out!! your are an international company!!!!
