Pathetic service

It took me more than a month to just get them to send me an email, of which the email address was on the invoice when I actually did receive it. There are so many rental companies to choose from, I will definitely steer clear from this one. On top of that it took me multiple emails to customer service to get anyone interested in bothering to assist me, not to mention nearly 10 phone calls, it was just a terrible experience.
