Pathetic process and *******

Hertz deposit refund system is pathetic. They are quick to deduct your deposit which leaves your account immediately but when it has to be returned after returning a vehicle with no issues its a hassle to get your funds back in your account. They hold a deposit and earn interest on your money which they don't payback to you. In Gqeberha airport, i requested my deposit to be released on Tuesday and they assured me the funds should be in my account by Thursday. Today is Friday, no funds. This is totally unacceptable and an inconvenience. I'm stuck with no cash and yet Hertznis holding back my funds. This is *******.
