Pathetic client service from Herts in PE airport RSA

I booked a Vehicle at Herts Port Elizabeth Airport and repeatedly confirmed the booking the day before collection. the agent confirmed that the Vehicle was confirmed. The next day I proceeded to drive 300kms to collect the vehicle only to be told when I was 25kms away from the collection branch that the vehicle i wanted was no longer available and they didnt have any other vehicles available. They didnt even try to remedy the situation even after I explained to the manager that I had travelled 300kms to collect the vehicle and that i had cancelled my flight tickets to Gauteng as well as made accommodation bookings along the drive to gauteng asI intended to drive with the rented vehicle. Again the request for any recourse or remedy to the situation was mearly brushed off in a total nonchalant way. No other reply from either the agent nor the manager than we will deal with the mistake internally. I find this really really pathetic and the manner in which the matter was handled was even more astonishing and disgusting. I will neveruseHerts or affiliates in the future not for me or for my companies.
