Overcharged on fuel - don’t use Hertz

Don’t use this company! I used them in Durban st the King Shaka Airport and upon returning the car with FULL tank ( the petrol station is across the road) they charged me for more fuel!!!! I complained twice and the customer service assistant, Portia, failed to get back to me on both occasions and failed to address my complaint. I’m now out of pocket and feel like I’ve been ******. It’s not okay. There are other rental companies- choose another! I certainly will in future!
