On 5 October 2023 I rented a car for 30 days and R12 000 was taken from my bank account as deposit R6000 was the charge for 30 days and I was supposed to be refunded R6000 after returning the vehicle I got no refund and same thing happened in November 2023 I rented out another vehicle to be returned on 5 December 2023 I paid R18000 and R7000 was the charge for 30 days R12000 was deposit to be refunded after returning the vehicle I have never been ****med like this in my life! I feel so terribly exploited!
