On 28th March this year, I took advantage of a special deal that Hertz Car rental were promoting to hire a car for a month. And duly returned the car on the 30th April as required. I then received two invoices which did not correspond to each other and contained incorrect information. (Note that I ended up being charged 3 amounts, none of which was clearly explained to me when I took the car ... so much for a special deal)! I immediately wrote to *** on 2nd May raising my query with them. I received no response. So I reached out again on 10th May and was assured that there would be follow up. By the 13th May I had heard nothing and was told that the matter would be escalated. As of the 17th May, no one has attended to address my enquiry or attempted to call me (a local resident).
