Not willing to help

Due to Comair being grounded our return flight were cancelled from Durban to Lanseria. Desperately needed to get home - Kidney failure patient on dialysis. Did not have any extra stock. Just returned the rented car after 3 days rent. Best option was to drive 6 hour back. If you only rent for 1 day you do not get unlimited kilometres even if you take the extra super waver insurance. Ask if they can grant this because I asked them for asked the previous 3 days and this was a crisis. Liezl from customer care responded that they are not willing to help because of the system. I am helping people every day by overwriting the system to sort out a problem. Seems you are money hungry and not wanting to help. Last time renting with HERTZ anywhere in the world.
