Not refunding my money for 2 months, so unprofessional

The whole 2 months hertz is ignoring me about my refund 😒 this is so unprofessional and arrogance It's becoming a norm now that all my hertz rentals i don't get my deposit back

The R9000 deposit for the 31 August 2024 havent be refunded to Woolworths credit card
